Wedding ceremony
Music as your guests arrive at the venue, and as they are seated for the ceremony. Then music for the entrance of the bridal party, the signing of the register, and exit of the newly married couple.
We are very happy to learn a special request song that you would like played during your ceremony, for no extra charge.

Drinks reception and wedding breakfast
Two 45 minute sets of elegant background music, one for the drinks reception and another for the start of the wedding breakfast.

Events and celebrations
We perform at dinners, lunches, events, corporate functions and other celebrations. This will be a selection of well known songs and classical pieces.

The booking process
When you first contact us, we will check our availability for your date and discuss what you are looking for.
If you decide that you would like to go ahead and choose us, we will then email you an invoice with full details of what we will provide and the cost.
We request a non-refundable 50% deposit (this can be paid in instalments if preferred) at the time of booking to secure your date. The balance is due at least 30 days before your wedding. We will send an invoice 6-8 weeks before your wedding date.
We charge 45p per mile from our base in NR9, we travel in one car. We do not charge VAT.
We mainly work within Norfolk, but we can travel to the surrounding counties, for example Suffolk and Cambridgeshire.
There is no extra charge for learning a special song request.
In the very unlikely event that we have to cancel due to illness or an emergency, we will refund your deposit and make every effort to arrange replacement musicians as soon as possible.
